Frank is a seasoned Ghanaian Mining Engineer with over 19 years of working experience. He has worked through various disciplines including Mining Technical Services and Mine Management as substantive employee as well as consultant for several mining companies within Ghana and Africa (including Anglogold Ashanti, Ghana Bauxite, Golden Star Resources, Glencore Africa Pty ( Mutanda Mine), First Quantum Minerals ( Kalumbila Mine) and Riaan Herman Consulting)

Frank holds Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering (Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology), a member of Austrialasian Insititute of Mining & Metallurgy (AusIMM), Competent Person by JORC definition and a qualified Mine Manager by the Minerals Commission of Ghana.
